PART ONE: Team Representatives
- Each team representative has the authority to speak and vote on behalf of the members of his team.
a) This being the case, the vote caste by a team representative is binding on the members of that team.
- Each team representative must make an effort to read and understand its Rules and Regulations so that he can represent his team properly.
- Ignorance of this Constitution and its Rules and Regulations in no way admonishes the actions of any team and/or its members from its consequences.
- Team Representatives shall attempt at all times to uphold the tenments of this Constitution and its Rules and Regulations.
- The designated Team Representative shall appoint an alternate representative to act on his teams behalf should he be unable to continue his duties.
F. Each Team Representative shall, when called upon by the Directors, help out with the operation or support of the Society. If the Team Representative is unable to do this, he will appoint an alternate team member.
G. Each Team Representative has the right to view any or all of the Society records.
H. Each Team Representative shall furnish the Directors with a proper address, email address, fax number and phone including Cell Number) where they can easily be reached.
I. Each Team Representative shall confirm that all games are in effect by checking the B.M.S.A. WEBSITE [

J. Each Team Representative must be a member of the Society and sign a Declaration adhering to the Constitution and its Rules and Regulations.
