PART NINE: Game Officials

  1. Any and all game officials used in any B.M.S.A. league or Cup game must be sanctioned by the Executive and appointed by the referee allocator.
  1. Complaints by or against game officials should be made to the Executive within forty-eight hours [48] of the game in question.


a) All complaints by teams about game officials should be in writing with all relevant details noted.

  1. Any attempt to bribe a game official or influence him in any manner shall result in the offending team being expelled from the Society.
  1. In all cases of alleged physical assault of, or threatening behavior towards a game official, the accused shall be immediately suspended from all soccer activities until the case has been decided by the B.C.S.A., or by the Society, or league in membership.

a) In ALL cases of alleged physical assault of, or threatening behavior towards the assistant referees the accused shall be immediately suspended from all soccer activities until the case has been decided by the B.C.S.A., or by the Society, or league in membership. The offending team shall be immediately assessed a minimum one hundred dollar [$100.00] fine in addition to the established penalties in the Rules and Regulations.
