PART SEVEN: Appeals

A. Executive decisions shall be binding subject to the Rights of Appeal i.e.: recourse to the B.C.S.A.
a) Appeals to the B.C.S.A. must be addressed to its Secretary.
b) Appeals must be in writing and triplicate.
c) An Appeal to the B.C.S.A. must be submitted within forty-eight hours [48] of receipt of an official B.M.S.A. Executive decision.
d) An Appeal to the B.C.S.A. must be accompanied by a cheque in the amount of one hundred dollars [$100.00] payable to that body.
